The F. M. Kirby Foundation has announced the promotion of Gina Beviglia to Program Officer, effective October 1, 2025. In her new role, Ms. Beviglia will continue leading the Foundation’s Arts, Culture & Humanities; Health; and Education portfolios.

Ms. Beviglia has more than three years of full-time experience with the F. M. Kirby Foundation, demonstrating exceptional dedication to supporting organizations that strengthen communities across New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Her promotion reflects the Foundation’s commitment to developing talent from within and recognizing team members who embody its collaborative approach to philanthropy.

“With her curiosity, her sense of responsibility, and her deep respect for the work of our grantees, Gina embodies our organizational values,” Foundation President Justin Kiczek offered. “She brings to work every day an unwavering commitment to community and a more just world.”

Since joining the Foundation as an intern in June 2021, Ms. Beviglia has played an integral role in advancing the Foundation’s mission to create lasting impact through strategic partnerships with nonprofit organizations. Her journey from intern to Program Officer demonstrates her deep understanding of the Foundation’s values and her commitment to fostering meaningful change in the communities it serves.

“It is an honor to support the incredible nonprofit partners who make the communities we love healthier and more vibrant,” Ms. Beviglia said. “I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to nurture these meaningful relationships through the Foundation’s work in arts, education, and health.”

Ms. Beviglia’s academic background is in English Literature and Philosophy from Lafayette College, where she graduated in 2022. Her progression through various roles — from intern to Communications & Operations Associate in September 2022, to Program Associate in June 2024, and now to her current expanded position — reflects her growing expertise in stewarding relationships with grantees addressing critical community needs.

In her role overseeing the Arts, Culture & Humanities portfolio, Ms. Beviglia has championed initiatives that preserve cultural heritage, expand access to creative programming, and support organizations that use the arts as a catalyst for community development. Her work in the Health portfolio focuses on partnering with organizations that improve access to quality healthcare, strengthen health-focused nonprofits, and support groundbreaking disease research from Alzheimer’s and cancer to spinal cord injuries and pediatric conditions.

The Foundation’s approach to staff development mirrors its philosophy toward grantmaking — investing in long-term relationships and supporting growth that leads to sustainable impact. Ms. Beviglia’s promotion exemplifies this commitment to nurturing talent and recognizing excellence in service to communities.
