Established in 1931 by Fred Morgan Kirby, today the Foundation supports a wide array of education, health, environmental, arts, religious, public affairs, and human services organizations.

In 2022, the Foundation made $14.3 million in grants to 249 organizations. Our grants database includes over 3,700 grants totaling more than $381 million since 2006.

The Foundation has no required application format, but encourages applicants to carefully consider our funding interests, limitations, and application procedures.
